I first saw Frida The Artist, about a year ago on her Discord server. The first picture I saw was immediately eye-catching. vibrant, and calls to something deep inside me as a women. When I explored her profile more, and discovered the rest of her beautiful artwork, and the way she represents Native American Culture, I became a fan for life, and she was gracious enough to give me this interview.
Frida is a native Spanish speaker, so to ease communication between us, I translated our interview from Spanish, into an English version, you will find both versions below, as well as a preview of some of Frida’s NSFW, photographic artwork.
Spanish Interview:
¿Cuántas horas dedicas a hacer tu contenido por sesión de fotos? Frida: Aproximadamente 3 veces por semana, y en cada sesión unas 2 o 3 horas para fotografÃas y videos.
¿Tienes ayuda? Frida: Si, el 90% de las veces me apoya una persona para tomar las fotografÃas, y en ocasiones especiales me acompañan 2 o 3 fotógrafos más. También me apoyan ocasionalmente artistas plásticos que hacen pintura corporal o algunas personas para contenido temático. Y actualmente estoy creando contenido con otras mujeres modelos, 7 mujeres y un chico.
¿Qué inspiró tu estilo?
Frida: Me gusta la naturaleza, las culturas nativo americanas, los colores, el arte, y con todo ello he tomado un poco para crear mi propio estilo.
¿Tu cÃrculo familiar/amigo apoya tu trayectoria profesional? Frida: Esto lo hago de forma anónima, no es de conocimiento de mi familia, pero si me apoyan muchas amigas y amigos ¿Cuál es un buen consejo que puedes dar a los nuevos creadores? Frida: Que dediquen tiempo a crear contenido original, que busquen su nicho, que mantengan un balance entre cantidad y calidad del contenido, y finalmente que dediquen el mismo tiempo o incluso más, a promover su sitio, utilizando redes sociales y colaborando con otras creadoras.

¿Tienes alguna otra fuente de ingresos o te ganas la vida solo con tu contenido? Frida: Esta es mi mayor fuente de ingresos, no la única, pero si la principal.
¿Estás abierto a colaboraciones con otros artistas? Frida: Si estoy abierta, totalmente, si es que podemos coincidir en el concepto y tenemos afinidad.

How many hours do you spend making your content per photo session?
Frida: Approximately 3 times a week, and in each session about 2 or 3 hours for photos and videos. 3.

What inspired your style?
Frida: I like nature, Native American cultures, colors, art, and with all of it I have taken a bit to create my own style.
Does your family/friend circle support your professional career?
Frida: I do this anonymously, it is not known to my family, but many friends support me.
What is a good advice you can give to new creators? Frida: That they spend time creating original content, that they search for their niche, that they maintain a balance between quantity and quality of content, and finally that they spend the same time or even more, promoting their site, using social networks and collaborating with other creators.

Frida: This is my biggest source of income, not the only one, but the main one.

Frida: If I am open, totally, if we can agree on the concept and have an affinity.
